The Food Runner is responsible for firing, coordinating and delivering all food in a quick, efficient and professional manner. Act as a liaison between the servers and kitchen. Excellent organizational skills and the willingness to work in a high-pressure environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Synchronize front of the house operations with kitchen staff. Complete menu knowledge. Serve all food according to procedure; check garnish; presentation. Describe all items on plate when delivering food to correct tables and positions. Complete all side work in a timely manner. Welcoming every guest arriving and thanking departing guests. Team player who works well with co-workers. Comply with all Pebble Beach Company safety and health policies and procedures.

Absolutely Required Skills:
