Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
• Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately.
• Clear tables and assist with bussing to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.

Experience:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
