Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including sales upselling to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations and food handling protocols Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service Upsell menu items like cocktails, wines, spirits, or specialty dishes to maximize sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for processing sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and processing bills efficiently Food safety certification and sanitation practices knowledge to ensure compliance with health standards Experience with food industry terminology and restaurant operations to deliver seamless service Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction Hospitality background with a focus on guest relations and memorable experiences Join us to be part of a lively team that thrives on delivering exceptional hospitality!
