In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing food and beverage orders. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. We are open Thursday - Sunday, 11:00am- 8:00pm. We are mainly looking for closers for Saturday and Sundays but may vary. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Process transactions using the clover POS system, ensuring all payments are handled securely. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Assist in restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Previous experience in a culinary or retail environment is preferred but not mandatory. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure food safety standards are met.
