Immediate Start Pay:

$20/hour + daily cash tips Join the Cold Stone Creamery team in El Segundo! We're looking for reliable, energetic crew members ready to serve smiles and scoop delicious treats. If you love fast-paced work, teamwork, and can stay flexible for our busy summer season, we'd love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve ice cream, cakes, and specialty treats to Cold Stone standards. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Deliver excellent customer service - selling ice cream is all about great energy, politeness, and connection Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in store. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and daily store opening/closing duties.

Requirements:

Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused Dependable and punctual with reliable transportation Strong communication skills and team-player attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Weekdays evening and Weekends availability is mandatory (deal breaker) Must be 18+ Must be flexible with seasonal scheduling needs

Scheduling Expectations:

Minimal shifts on weekdays and during cold or rainy weather Heavier scheduling during summer, including daily shifts as needed Evening shifts primarily from 5:00 PM - 1:30

AM What We Offer:
