Restaurant Server

Esplanade at Madeira Ranch, Elk Grove's premier resort-style community, is now hiring restaurant servers to join our opening team! As we launch our brand-new restaurant and bar, The Barrel House Bistro, we are seeking friendly, service-driven individuals who are passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional dining experiences. Our servers play a key role in delivering a welcoming, elevated experience for our members, from taking orders and serving food and beverages to ensuring every guest feels valued and taken care of. Education/Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands and walks; uses hands; reaches with arms and hands; stoops, kneels, crawls, or crouches; talks or hears. Occasionally sits; climbs or balances. Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.

Environment/Noise:

Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.

Certificates/Licenses:

Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training required.

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:

• Ability to read and speak English may be required to perform the duties of the job (e.g., associates may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers; manuals for equipment used may be in English).
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
