This role requires flexibility as duties may shift to best support the team and preserve an exceptional guest experience. Side work and responsibilities may evolve based on operational needs. Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted or expanded to meetanizational needs, including cross-functional or hybrid support as required. In addition to core IRD duties, team members will be expected to assist as food runners when needed to support service flow and operational demands. In Room Dining Servers are responsible for presenting guest food and beverage preferences timely and to temperature. Servers engage in casual conversation and enhance the experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include order taking, general in room dining preparation, removal of serving trays, and maintaining a sanitary environment. Qualifications At least one year experience as a server in either a hotel in-room dining operation or quality restaurant environment Friendly, refined and professionalmunication skills. Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced, luxury environment. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Maintains a positive attitude and takes initiative to get the job done. Committed to producing quality work. Supportive team player. Eager to learn and to knowledge and skills.
