Summary Description of Job Duties The Food Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the Food Server in serving the guest. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact. Side work and responsibilities may evolve based on operational needs. This role requires flexibility as duties may shift to best support the team and preserve an exceptional guest experience. Duties and responsibilities may be adjusted or expanded to meet organizational needs, including cross-functional or hybrid support as required. Core Functions 1. Assisting Food Server in serving guests 2. Clearing tables 3. Refilling guests' drinks
Mental and Physical Demands Frequent:
standing, walking, climbing stairs, and interacting with guests (speaking, listening, writing).
Occasional:
Lifting, pushing, sitting, stooping and bending.
