Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems such as toast POS or clover POS Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about food and beverages, and provide recommendations Take accurate orders from guests, relay them promptly to the kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks Maintain a clean, organized dining area and ensure all tables are properly set for new guests Handle guest inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Support the restaurant team by assisting with guest relations, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Qualifications Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Familiarity with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of serving protocols and guest relations best practices This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about creating welcoming atmospheres and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
