Working under the supervision of the Dining Room Manager, the Server will be responsible for fostering a quality dining experience for residents, family members and guests, by providing high quality customer service. Servers will be responsible for performing the following: Greet residents and guests at table Politely take meal orders; provide options and alternatives when appropriate Accurately enter food and beverage orders into computer system Serve food in a friendly and courteous manner Ability to adhere to proper serving techniques i.e. serve from the left, clear dishes between courses Upholding our core values of Authenticity, Honor, Service, and Collaboration Other duties as assigned that ensure a positive dining experience for all
Job Qualifications:
Must have an excellent work ethic with a desire to learn and grow Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to conduct oneself tactfully and professionally at all times Must be able to work effectively as an individual contributor but also within a team Must possess communication skills to interact effectively with residents, guests, and team members Must have the ability to work a regular and consistent schedule inclusive of some weekends and holidays Required to pass a full criminal background check and health screen inclusive of a drug test Required to provide proof of
