As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing attentive service, taking orders accurately, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen using POS systems, including Aloha POS or similar platforms. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while checking on guests' needs throughout their dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils as per food safety standards. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and presentation. Assist with inventory management by reporting stock levels of supplies needed for service. Skills Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha POS or similar technology for order processing. Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Previous experience in food service or sales is preferred but not required. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both guests and staff members.
