Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Maintain knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and food menu items to provide expert recommendations Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling and service Assist with setting up tables, refilling supplies, and maintaining a clean dining area throughout shifts Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightlife venues such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and increase sales Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
