Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout their dining experience
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Process payments using the POS system or cash register
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
• Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or the restaurant industry is preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and proper serving techniques
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including cash handling procedures
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
