Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for culinary arts, exceptional customer service skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout their dining experience
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
- Process payments using the POS system or cash register
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery
- Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or the restaurant industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and proper serving techniques
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including cash handling procedures
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Note:
This position must be paid at least minimum wage or higher, as per legal requirements.Job Types:
