Whether guiding guests through menu selections or managing food and beverage orders with precision, you'll be a key player in delivering top-tier hospitality in a dynamic environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, including food preparation details and wine or beverage pairings Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing openTable reservations for efficient seating arrangements Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and bussing activities Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours Requirements Previous restaurant experience with a strong background in food service and guest relations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order processing and reservations management Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume service periods Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced nightclub or restaurant setting Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate check processing Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering extraordinary dining experiences!
