Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct table and seat with speed and accuracy — verify every plate before it leaves the expo window Maintain water, tea, and beverage levels at all tables throughout service without being asked Clear finished plates and glassware efficiently; reset tables to full standard between every seating Restock and maintain server stations with glassware, napkins, chopsticks, condiments, and linens throughout the entire shift Support servers proactively — anticipate what is needed on the floor before being directed Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff; immediately relay any guest requests, feedback, or allergy concerns Complete all assigned opening and closing side work; maintain a clean, organized dining room and service area at all times An ideal candidate will: Have +1 year restaurant experience Thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment Be able to remain calm under pressure Be a confident multitasker Have a real passion for hospitality, and giving guests a memorable experience Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds Must be able to occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb is required Must be able to perform physical activities such as lifting, cleaning, and stooping Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time Be comfortable working overtime as needed
