Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist with cash handling and basic math tasks during the payment process. Foster positive guest relations by providing attentive service and responding to inquiries. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in full service dining. Familiarity with basic POS skills, OpenTable systems is highly desirable. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is a plus but not required.
