Whether in a fine dining setting or a lively nightclub atmosphere, your ability to provide attentive service and manage multiple tasks will be essential. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety standards. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash register operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and address any guest needs or concerns. Maintain knowledge of the menu items, including specials, to provide informed recommendations. Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service throughout the dining experience. Skills Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is preferred but not required. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
