Job Description

Job Summary Join our vibrant team as a Server and become a vital part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and hospitality skills will shine as you support the seamless operation of our restaurant or nightlife venue. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food service expertise while engaging with diverse guests in a lively environment. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed, ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen staff Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Support event service at nightclubs or special functions by providing excellent guest services in high-energy settings Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales tracking Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate billing Previous experience in serving, host/hostess roles or bartending is advantageous Culinary experience or kitchen support background is a plus but not required Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and increase revenue Join us to deliver exceptional hospitality in a dynamic environment where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel valued.
