Responsibilities Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining environment Assist servers by delivering food and beverages accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables Support food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up stations and organizing supplies Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables, sweeping floors, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with food safety standards Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth service flow Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude Support banquet or special event setups when required, assisting with food handling and guest services to ensure flawless execution Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations to uphold hygiene standards Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact professionally with guests Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in bussing, serving, or supporting culinary operations enhances your fit for this role Previous hotel or banquet experience is advantageous but not required; a background in hospitality or culinary settings is appreciated Join us in creating memorable dining experiences through energetic teamwork and dedicated guest service.
