- We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations for food and beverages.
- Accurately process orders using the Toast POS system.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables at once.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
