PART TIME SERVER / FOH STAFF

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper POS procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Assist with reservations using OpenTable or similar booking platforms and coordinate seating arrangements for optimal flow Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs, is highly preferred Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering and transaction purposes Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles or hospitality positions is advantageous Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or nights as required in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels memorable experiences!
