Our dining room seats just 30 guests, this is not a high-volume operation but a high-end dining experience where attention to detail, unwavering hospitality, and polish are paramount to success in this role. Who We're Seeking We're looking for an experienced Server who brings genuine warmth and professionalism to every table. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in wine and spirits, gracious and welcoming, and committed to delivering the highest quality of service in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. You're a motivated hospitality professional, organized, friendly, and passionate, who thrives as part of a team, performs well under pressure, and sets the stage for a memorable meal through impeccable attention to detail. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Graciously welcoming guests, prepared to deliver the highest level of service and hospitality Maintaining complete, detailed knowledge of all menu offerings Communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with guests and team members in an attentive, friendly, and service-oriented manner Taking beverage orders and expediting service and table maintenance throughout the dining experience, per management guidelines Ensuring all guests who consume alcoholic beverages are of legal age and do not become intoxicated Supporting coworkers in any way possible to ensure an exceptional guest experience Bringing a passion for excellence and a genuine delight in curating special experiences and lasting memories for our guests Exuding confidence while performing all duties Maintaining a dependable, flexible schedule (able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
