Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across all shifts while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy. Control inventory levels through diligent stock management, ordering supplies as needed to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Supervise kitchen operations including food production, cooking techniques, and food handling procedures to ensure consistency and excellence. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost reduction strategies. Implement staff training programs focused on customer service excellence, food safety management, and operational procedures. Manage customer relations by addressing feedback promptly and ensuring an inviting dining environment that encourages repeat visits. Oversee shift management responsibilities including scheduling, supervising staff performance, and resolving operational issues swiftly. Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and company policies at all times. Qualifications Proven experience managing restaurants or similar hospitality venues with a focus on casual dining or quick service environments. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen management, and food safety protocols. Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS along with cash handling expertise. Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, conducting interviews, training staff, and managing performance. Familiarity with inventory control practices, budgeting processes, and profit & loss analysis. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Experience in managing hospitality teams within fast-paced settings like catering or banquet services is advantageous. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in food quality and customer service standards.
