Server/Waiter/Waitress

• Job Overview:

• We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

• Duties:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver orders to tables promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate POS systems
• Mix and Pour alcoholic drinks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols
• Familiarity with using cash registers and POS systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• OpenTable or similar reservation system experience is a plus
• Culinary background or interest in the food industry is beneficial
