Job Description

Position Summary As Team Members of the Wahlburgers team, Counter Attendants are CRCR Ambassadors and take personal ownership to ensure all their actions are in the best interest of the business. Counter Attendants are responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for Guests within the food outlet while maintaining cleanliness, assisting Guests, handling transactions, and upholding food safety standards.
Position Functions Essential Functions:
Provide exceptional Guest service to all Guests and Team Members. Promote the Players Club loyalty program to Guests. Take and prepare Guests' orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure that all areas are clean, including but not limited to cleaning tables and floors and removal of dishes, cups, tableware, and debris. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking the temperature of products. Process payments and monitor cash drawers for the business while keeping the drawer balanced. Retain menu and product knowledge, and address Guest inquiries. Stock supplies and restock inventory, such as napkins, straws, and condiments. Collaborate with other Team Members to maintain a smooth operation. Complete all side work and opening/closing tasks. Monitor and maintain food safety standards. Restock and organize Food and Beverage supplies as needed using FIFO (First In, First Out method). Other duties as assigned. Skills Demonstrate strong listening and communication skills. Demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking. Must be able to work independently and maintain a high level of performance. Must be able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining business standards. Demonstrate a flock mentality, focused on teamwork and collaboration with others. Provide exceptional service to internal and external Guests while leveraging the knowledge of the position and the business, ensuring a clucktastic experience for all. Stay engaged and motivated with the business, department, and all Team Members at all levels while encouraging growth and development of self and others. Build lasting relationships by demonstrating honesty, integrity, and effective communication. Drive to exceed expectations while remaining accountable and fair. Demonstrate familiarity of all the different ways to cook an egg.
Qualifications Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age. 1+ years of casual dining experience in a high-volume hospitality atmosphere. Must possess or be able to complete RBS and ServSafe/Food Handler's training program and certification.
