We are looking for someone warm, professional, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position is for 3-4 shifts per week , including 1-2 dinner shifts and 1-2 lunch shifts . Location 9049 Sonoma Highway Kenwood, CA 95452 Schedule Lunch shifts start at 10:00 AM Friday through Sunday Dinner shifts start at 3:00 PM daily Part-time schedule: 3-4 shifts per week Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, polished service Guide guests through the menu, wine list, and daily specials Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar Maintain a clean and organized section Work closely with hosts, bussers, runners, bartenders, and management Help create a welcoming neighborhood restaurant experience Qualifications At least 2 years of serving experience in an upscale restaurant setting preferred Strong wine knowledge and comfort with wine service Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and reliability Must be able to stand for long periods, carry trays, and handle a busy dining room Must have a valid California food handler's card and alcohol server permit Compensation Base pay: $16.50 per hour Cash tips paid nightly Typical cash tips range: $250 to $350 per shift, depending on season and business levels About Stella Stella is a neighborhood Italian restaurant in the heart of Kenwood, serving wood-fired, seasonal food in a warm and energetic setting.
