As a Line Server, you are an important part of the guest experience. You will work alongside your teammates to prepare fresh, high-quality poke bowls, provide friendly and efficient service, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant. recipes, portions, and presentation standards. Handle fresh fish, produce, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients carefully to help maintain freshness, quality, and consistency. Listen carefully to guests and prepare orders accurately and efficiently. Learn our menu and help guests understand available proteins, ingredients, toppings, and sauces. Provide attentive service and create a positive experience from the moment a guest enters until their order is completed. Work collaboratively with teammates to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy periods. Communicate respectfully and assist teammates when additional support is needed. Keep food preparation areas, serving stations, equipment, counters, and dining areas clean and organized. Follow food safety, sanitation, handwashing, and proper food-handling procedures. Restock ingredients and supplies while following proper rotation and food-quality procedures. Operate the POS/register accurately and responsibly when assigned. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, stocking, and other restaurant duties as needed. Help protect the quality of our ingredients by minimizing unnecessary waste and following proper portioning and handling procedures. Pay attention to the small details that contribute to excellent food, a clean restaurant, and an exceptional guest experience. Physical Requirements This position requires employees to be able to perform the essential functions of a fast-paced restaurant position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including: Standing and walking for extended periods during a shift. Frequently reaching, bending, and performing repetitive food-preparation tasks. Safely carrying, lifting, moving, and stocking restaurant supplies and ingredients as required for the position.
