- Lake Forest, CA Sunny Dumpling House is hiring a friendly and responsible Front of House Server for our Lake Forest location.

Lake Forest, CA Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Take dine-in, takeout, phone and online orders accurately Operate the POS system and process cash and credit-card payments Package and verify takeout and delivery orders Answer customer questions regarding menu items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area Refill supplies, utensils, sauces and beverages as needed Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly Follow company food-safety and customer-service standards Assist with opening and closing dutiesQualifications:
Able to communicate in both Mandarin and English Previous restaurant, cashier or customer-service experience is preferred Friendly, reliable and responsible Strong communication and teamwork skills Able to multitask and work efficiently during busy hours Basic computer and POS-system skills Must be available to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Must be legally authorized to work in theUnited States What We Offer:
