Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, knowledgeable recommendations, and a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm for food, beverage, and guest satisfaction will help create memorable moments for every visitor. This paid position offers the opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a lively environment that values teamwork and professionalism. Must be 21 years of age. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive seating assistance as a host or hostess when needed Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, billing, and processing payments efficiently using POS systems like OpenTable or other cashiering tools Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling and preparation when necessary Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs is preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food industry standards such as serving, bussing, food preparation, and hospitality best practices Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus but not required Strong communication skills along with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic setting!
