The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent guest relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves delivering outstanding customer service, managing orders accurately, and ensuring guest satisfaction from seating to check presentation. Prior experience in hospitality is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems and food safety standards. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food handling and serving Clear tables efficiently, buss tables as needed, and assist with maintaining a clean dining area Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned, including setting up or cleaning the dining area Skills Experience with POS systems Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items effectively using sales techniques like upselling strategies Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Previous experience in fine dining, food industry, or restaurant settings preferred Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and inventory management Experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, or serving in nightlife venues such as nightclubs is a plus Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness Join our team if you are passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences through exceptional service and teamwork!
