As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to restaurant standards. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast systems. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including daily specials. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and address any guest concerns. Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS, OpenTable, or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong cash handling skills and attention to detail when processing transactions. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Experience in fast paced dining establishments is highly desirable. A team player who is willing to assist colleagues as needed to ensure smooth operations.
