Server Assistant

Job Summary We're on the lookout for a lively and dependable support staff to join our team. As a key support player with the serving staff, you'll help ensure smooth operations, keep side stations clean and stocked as well as assist servers in delivering top-notch service. Duties Restock supplies before after and during all shifts Maintain cleanliness of the serving area by cleaning glasses, utensils, and surfaces regularly to meet health standards. Assist servers with serving food. Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes as needed to ensure a tidy environment. Help set up and break tables and serving areas for events or closing shifts, including organizing supplies and cleaning equipment. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly. Skills Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is required Must be 18 or older Strong cleaning skills to maintain hygiene standards at all times. Experience with food preparation, catering, or banquet service is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while staying organized. Basic food handling knowledge and understanding of safety regulations in food industry environments.
