Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring they feel welcomed upon arrival. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system. Provide detailed menu information to guests, including specials and recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving to enhance guest relations. Process payments accurately through the POS system while adhering to phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering calls. Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests. Skills Proficiency in Clover POS or similar restaurant management systems is preferred. Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
