We are a locally owned and operated restaurant in Long Beach, California, looking for a dedicated and personable individual to join our front-of-house team. What You'll Be Doing As a Host / Server / Front-of-House Team Member, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting guests warmly and managing seating arrangements. Taking orders accurately and delivering food and beverages promptly. Providing attentive, friendly, and professional service throughout the dining experience. Assisting with table setups, clearing, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for hospitality. To thrive in this role, you should have: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (host, server, or front-of-house team member). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members. A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
