Must have flexibile availablity and be willing to work day and night shifts. Weekends are mandatory. Parkers' Lighthouse is a high-volume, casual fine dining restaurant. The ideal applicant will have a great attitude, a strong work ethic and at least 2 years of sever experience. Responsibilities Greet and serve guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service. Assist with guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
