In this role, you will deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations, ensuring every visit is memorable. Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly, professional demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS, ensuring clarity and precision Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest needs throughout their dining experience, providing attentive customer service and prompt responses Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for order processing and billing Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing exceptional guest relations Experience with culinary preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing procedures Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to deliver memorable experiences through exceptional service!
