This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and hospitality, with strong communication skills and a focus on teamwork. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using proper communication techniques Serve food and drinks efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards Assist with table setting, clearing, bussing, and resetting tables for new guests Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including cleaning tables and sanitizing surfaces Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies or equipment following safe lifting practices Ensure proper food handling and food safety protocols are followed at all times Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members to coordinate service flow Support catering events or special functions as needed, including setup and breakdown Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hospitality, or related industry preferred Knowledge of sanitation, food safety standards, and proper handling procedures Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bussing tables or setting up events Experience with table setting, serving, and catering is a plus Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings or weekends if required This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing outstanding hospitality experiences while working in a fast-paced environment.
