As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests. Our newly renovated restaurant is preparing for its Grand Opening this June, and we are excited to build a passionate and energetic team to grow with us from the beginning. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions Process cash and credit card transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Support team members to create an efficient and positive work environment Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables efficiently Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus Basic math and cash-handling skills Strong time management and teamwork abilities Positive attitude and professional appearance We offer a supportive and fast-paced work environment where your hard work and dedication are appreciated.
