Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including sake, beers, wines, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper beverage service standards including drink presentation and cocktail preparation Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and serving Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment Support overall restaurant operations by collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery Qualifications Previous food service experience in japanese restaurants is highly preferred Proficiency with POS systems Strong knowledge of beverage service including sake, beer, and wine presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with guests Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with food handling, food preparation, and basic math for order processing and billing purposes Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Hospitality background with a focus on guest relations and service excellence is desirable Join us in creating memorable dining experiences where energy meets professionalism!
