As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system. Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring order accuracy and presentation. Answer menu-related questions and make recommendations based on customer preferences. Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently. Assist with table setup, clearing, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. Work collaboratively with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Follow all health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies.

Qualifications:

Previous dinning restaurant experience required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
