Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, beverage mixing, and bar service when needed to support team operations Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Support opening and closing duties including cash reconciliation and POS system management Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced environment Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing sales efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques (OpenTable experience is a plus) Ability to multitask effectively while managing time in a busy setting; strong organizational skills are essential Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and processing sales quickly Food safety certification knowledge along with sanitation practices in food handling environments Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous for supporting food prep and ensuring quality standards are met Familiarity with fine dining or nightclub settings enhances ability to adapt to different atmospheres Strong communication skills paired with a friendly attitude to foster guest satisfaction and teamwork Join us as a Server Team Member where your energy fuels memorable moments!
