Take accurate food and beverage orders using clover POS systems, ensuring clarity and attention to detail. Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and boost sales, showcasing your culinary knowledge. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area to uphold sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while providing excellent guest relations throughout the dining experience. Support host/host duties as needed, contributing to smooth operations during peak hours. Basic qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts. Preferred qualifications Culinary experience or knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
