Responsibilities include:
Set up event spaces (tables, chairs, etc.) according to event specifications Serve food and wine while delivering outstanding hospitality. Share information on the menu, wines, winery, and winery history. Work closely with the culinary and events teams to ensure seamless service Assist with event breakdown and winery closing duties Schedule This is a part-time variable hour position that offers approximately 20 hours/week on average (2-3+ shifts/week). Most shifts support dinner events, with some lunches, and typically run: 3:30 PM-12:00 AM, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, or 12:00 PM-8:00 PM. Events are most frequently held on Saturdays and Sundays for social events and Tuesdays through Thursdays for corporate events.
Requirements:
2+ years of serving, catering, banquet, or event hospitality experience preferred Passion for providing exceptional guest service Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional during busy events Work Environment & Physical Requirements Availability to work evenings, at least two weekends per month, and occasional holidays Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. throughout a shift Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and carry food and beverage trays for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive motions, including reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, and opening/pouring wine bottles
