Job Description
Job Summary Join our welcoming team at Shiroi Sushi, a cozy neighborhood restaurant in Los Gatos with friendly guests and a warm, family-like atmosphere. As a Server, you'll provide attentive service, make guests feel valued, and help create a dining experience that keeps them coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Clear tables promptly, bus tables as needed, and assist with kitchen or bar support when necessary Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Requirement Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff and fellow servers Pay Minimum of $16.90/hr + tip
