Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent guest service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
  • Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any guest concerns or complaints
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
  • Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order taking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
