Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and quality Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas following food safety guidelines Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods to ensure timely service Build strong guest relations by providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance and resolving any issues promptly Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous Experience with cocktail mixing, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage service enhances your ability to serve guests expertly Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a dynamic environment!
