Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS Process cash and card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales and cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food handling areas, beverage stations, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure prompt service during busy periods Provide knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, and menu options to elevate guest satisfaction Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience with a focus on fine dining or casual dining environments Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to handle guest relations professionally Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization skills Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, beverage service, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Pay Starting $18.50 +
