Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional guest relations and ensuring a positive first impression Manage reservations using OpenTable and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure timely service Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including host stand, dining space, and service stations in accordance with sanitation regulations Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and resolving any issues professionally Qualifications Fluent in English Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic food handling procedures Experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/hostess roles preferred but not required Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
