In this dynamic role, you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that tables are promptly cleared, reset efficiently, and that food reaches our guests swiftly and accurately. Duties Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly to maintain a spotless dining environment Assist servers by delivering food from the kitchen to guest tables efficiently and accurately Handle food running responsibilities with care, ensuring proper food handling and safety standards are met Buss tables by removing used dishes, glassware, utensils, and trash in accordance with sanitation procedures Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed, adhering to food safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including floors, counters, and storage spaces through regular cleaning routines Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process guest orders or assist with order accuracy when required Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of food handling safety practices and proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting is essential Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and safe lifting practices Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided Experience in banquet service or hospitality roles can be advantageous but is not mandatory A genuine passion for guest services and creating memorable dining experiences Join us today as a Busser/Food Runner and become part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
