The ideal candidate is passionate about providing outstanding customer service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Explain menu items, daily specials, and make recommendations when needed. Serve food and drinks while ensuring quality and presentation standards. Monitor tables and respond promptly to guest requests. Process payments accurately using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service. Qualifications Previous restaurant serving experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented.
